Terms and Conditions
Sanapost operates according to the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom while dealing with any customer.
Sanapost does not take responsibility for the following (photo, money), diamond, books, passport, any sort of document.
Sanapost does not take responsibility, and you do not have the right for a refund or compensation if your item is damaged such as ( glassware, Tv, and any electronic equipment or devices that are not in their original packaging (refurbished items are not classified as being in original packaging). To want to receive any sort of compensation for any lost or damaged items, you must pay for a guarantee when sending it.
If your parcel is large in its size, the amount we charge depends on the largeness of your parcel, this is called (oversize parcels).
Please check your parcel when receiving it in Kurdistan, after receiving your items and signing, sanapost does not hold any responsibility from that point on anything that may be lost or damaged.
Any item that is expensive, must be given in by hand and not placed in the parcel, this includes items such as ( mobile phone, iPad, laptop, and camera) if anything happens while being transported being it is damaged or lost, you are sole responsible.
Any customer that sends money or any thing valuable illegally, sanapost is not responsible for it being lost or damaged, and if the item is found while in sanapost or in any country while being transported, 10% of the items value or money will be taken by sanapost and the rest will be taken to the Police or HMRC, you are the sole responsible person and your contact information will be given to the authorities.
Sanapost only takes responsibility for declared items on the receipt, any other items sanapost does not take responsibility for it being lost or damaged.
Anything prohibited and illegal to transport in the customs of United Kingdom, Turkey and the regional authority of Kurdistan, we are not responsible for it being sized, lost, damaged. Example ( anything related to human skin like shampoo, milk, toothpaste, creams and other thing’s prohibited from being transported or if they ask for legal documentation like (SGS).
The following are completely prohibited from being sent by sanapost, ( animals, diamond, anything that may cause harmful effects or damage, weapon being partially or full in in tact including ammunition, human parts, adult sex content, intoxicants and drugs.
Sanapost is always at your service for information regarding your parcels and how you can send it. We provide answers for your questions.
Anything that is lost, sanapost will multiply the amount paid on the receipt will be given to the owner, for example you sent a parcel for £50 and it was lost, we will return £150 back to the owner.
Sanapost will pay back damages according to individual cases of how and what was lost, for example if you sent 10 boxes and 2 were lost, the amount will be divided on boxes and weight then it will be refunded to the owner.
Please read and understand these terms and conditions before sending your parcels, if in the case of any breaches you will be responsible.
Any sort of alcoholic beverage, is completely prohibited and may be destroyed.
If any item is not insured despite its value, and a separate amount of guarantee is not paid, the terms and conditions of sanapost regarding compensation remains.
If any container is delayed, after 3 months we will take responsibility for lost and Damaged items, you will need to wait this period until and appropriate decision is made.
If any container is investigated in the customs of borders such as Europe, Turkey and Iraq, and it’s found that your parcel has illegal items in it, you will be solely responsible and will bear all the legal costs and charges from the items found in your parcel.
All parcel transportation has limited rights, according to the company policy and terms and conditions stated.
In the case of any unforeseen circumstances such as the lorry (being stolen, catching fire, or being in an accident, or completely destroyed) you will need to wait until the insurance company deals with it.
Sanapost has the right to open any parcel without the permission of its sender.
If you delay taking your package from our site in Kurdistan or Iraq, there is a charge of 1000 dinar daily starting after the seventh day.
